What does Velora do?
Velora provides design and branding, web and digital solutions, custom business management systems, and electronic business guides and Starter Kits.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The initial consultation is free and there is no commitment to proceed. Its purpose is to understand what you need and, where relevant, provide a tailored recommendation and quotation.
How are custom business systems priced?
Systems are priced after the requirements have been discussed because the scope can vary significantly. We agree the modules and workflow first, then provide a project quotation before you commit.
Do the business systems have a monthly software fee?
Our core customised desktop systems are offered as a one-off project rather than a recurring monthly software subscription. Any optional third-party services or integrations that carry their own ongoing charges would be discussed separately before they are added.
Are the E-Guides physical books?
No. Velora E-Guides and Starter Kits are electronic digital products. The handbook currently for sale is a downloadable PDF; no physical book or printed copy is shipped.
How do I receive a digital purchase?
Checkout and digital delivery are provided through Payhip. After successful purchase, the buyer receives digital access through the checkout/receipt flow.
What will the industry Starter Kits include?
Each planned kit is intended to build on Velora's core business guidance with specialist industry information, practical tools, templates and launch resources for one specific type of business.
Can I get a refund on an E-Guide?
Digital content is intended to be supplied immediately. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once immediate digital supply has begun where the legal requirements for loss of the cancellation right have been met. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected. See the Digital Refund Policy for more detail.
Can I contact Velora before I know exactly what I need?
Yes. You do not need a perfect brief or software specification. Helping you work out the right solution is part of the consultation process.
