Terms & Conditions

About Velora
These terms apply to use of this website and to Velora electronic digital products purchased through the linked checkout provider. Bespoke design, website or software projects may also be subject to a separate written quotation, scope, project agreement or licence terms agreed before work begins.
Digital products
Products described as digital, electronic, downloadable or PDF resources are supplied electronically rather than as physical goods. No physical book is supplied unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Digital checkout and fulfilment are currently provided through Payhip.
Digital product licence
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, the original purchaser receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital resource for their own personal or business use. Files or their contents may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, uploaded for public access or repackaged for resale.
Refunds and cancellation
Digital content is intended to be supplied immediately. Where the applicable requirements for immediate supply and loss of the cancellation right have been met, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once supply begins. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content. See the Digital Refund Policy.
Educational information
Velora business guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute personalised legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Laws, thresholds, fees and procedures can change and time-sensitive information should be checked against current official guidance.
Bespoke services and systems
Design, website and custom business-system work is scoped according to the client's requirements. Any price, deposit, timetable, included revisions, deliverables, support, third-party costs or software licence conditions should be confirmed in the relevant quotation or project agreement before work begins.
Third-party services
This website links to third-party services including Payhip, Formspree, payment providers and social-media platforms. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Velora is not responsible for the independent availability or policies of those third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Velora name, branding, website content, original designs, guides, templates and software materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless expressly transferred or licensed in writing.
