Privacy Notice

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This notice explains how personal information may be handled when you use the Velora website, submit an enquiry, contact The Velora Lab or purchase a Velora digital product.

Enquiry forms

The website enquiry form is processed using Formspree. When you submit the form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, service interest and project message. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry.

Direct contact

If you contact us by email or social media, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond, provide support, discuss services, administer purchases, manage billing or discuss partnerships.

Digital purchases

Digital product purchases are completed through Payhip. Payhip and the payment provider selected at checkout process the information required to complete payment, provide digital access, issue receipts and support the transaction. Their own privacy notices apply to the information they process.

Website hosting

This website is hosted using Vercel. Technical information such as IP addresses, request data and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider as part of delivering, protecting and maintaining the website.

Social media

If you interact with Velora through Instagram, TikTok or another third-party platform, that platform processes information under its own privacy terms.

Analytics and advertising

At launch, this website is not intentionally configured with non-essential advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. If those technologies are introduced later, this notice and any required cookie controls should be reviewed before they are enabled.

Sharing and retention

Personal information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to host the website, process enquiries, process payments, deliver downloads, provide support or comply with legal obligations. Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose or applicable legal and record-keeping requirement.

Your rights and concerns

Privacy questions can be sent to enquiries@theveloralab.co.uk. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights in relation to your personal information and the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

This notice should be reviewed if Velora introduces new analytics, advertising technologies, mailing lists, customer accounts or other material data-processing activities.
